A student is creating a scale model of our solar system. In order to make her model accurate, she finds the diameter of the Earth and its moon. The diameter of the Earth is about 13,000 km. The diameter of the moon is about 3,500 km. If she makes the Earth 26 cm, will the moon be bigger or smaller than 26 cm? Why?

The moon will be smaller because in the actual solar system, it is smaller. If the moon was bigger than the earth, the earth would be orbiting the moon,
So the student should make the moon smaller
Hope this helps!
