5/7-(-1/7)=please help and explain so i can get it

first,open the brackets

second,you can see that when negative meet negative,it will be positive like this 5/7+1/7

(i hope you will understand cuz that is the formula of math)

so it will be like this

=5/7-(-1/7)

=5/7+1/7

=6/7

do you actually understand?
