Explanation:

Using the 2 point formula, y-y1/x-x1 = y2-y1/x2-x1,

sub it in,

y-10/x-0 = 20-10/0-4

y-10/x-0 = 10/-4 use cross multiply thing to eliminate denominators

-4(y-10) = 10 (x-0)

-4y+40 = 10x

therefore the equation is 4y = -10x+40
