Answer:

The endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, and lysosomes are thus distinguished from other cytoplasmic organelles by their common involvement in protein processing and connection by vesicular transport.

endoplasmic reticulum (ER) (DEFINITION) Organelle in eukaryotic cells that helps make and transport proteins; site of lipid synthesis.

Golgi apparatus (DEFINITION) Organelle in eukaryotic cells that processes proteins and prepares them for use both inside and outside the cell.

The organelles involved in producing and transporting proteins:
-Nucleus: DNA to MRNA
-Ribosome: mRNA translated into a polypeptide
-Endoplasmic Reticulum: polypeptide processing
-Transport Vessicle: Take pro-protein from ER to golgi
-Golgi Apparatus- sorting and packaging protein into vessicles
-Transport Vessicle: Takes protein to cell membrane or lysosome (to be broken down)

Let me know if this helps!
