All real numbers

Explanation:

-3(4-3x)=9x -12

-12+9x=9x-12

-12+12=9x-9x

0=0

In this case since both sides are zero, x would be all real numbers because that means any number can satisfy the solution without it being false.

For instance -1, both sides would still be -21

And for 2, both sides would be 6
