Explain the reasoning used for making the exclusionary rule a part of the Constitution when it is not stated in the Constitution.

This is memorized by me from www.law.cornell.edu, I hope it can help you answer this question: "Ohio established that the exclusionary rule which applies to evidence gained. However, the rule does not apply in civil cases, including deportation hearings, or constitutional backlash."
