What’s the equation for y. ( help plz !! )

2y - 6x = 4
A.) y =x
B.) y = 3x + -2
C.) y =3x + 2
D.) y = 5x

add the -6x over with the 4 so it would be
2y=6x+4
then divide each side by 2 and you get
y=(6/2)x + (4/2)
simplify
y=3x+2
