Explanation:

Im only guessing this because that is where the two functions intersect. Otherwise for red it would be: (-3,3) or (3,1) or any point along the line. And for blue it would be: (-3,0) or (0,2) or any point along the line.

Remember the first number in an ordered pair is the x value, while the second number in an ordered pair is the y value. So in order to find a point, you follow the x axis until your below thr given point, then go up.

(0,2) works for both graphs which is why I mentioned it in basic summary.
