so first, we figure up how many customers ordered the pike and the shrimp. 14 + 16 = 30. then we can figure out what percentage 30 is to 212 by dividing 30 by 212. we get 0.141509434... we can then round to about 14 so we know that 14% of the customers ordered pike or shrimp. now we take whats left (100% - 14%) and we see that the percentage of people who ordered crab was 86%.

another way we could do this, is to add the total amount of pike and shrimp (30) and subtract it from the total so now we only have the number of customers who ate crab (212 - 30 = 182). then we can take that number and divide it by the total (212) to get the decimal version of the percentage of people who ordered crab. we get that the decimal answer is 0.858490566... so we round to the nearest hundredth to get our percentage, 86%.
