The drug testing bill would be important and an example of accountability under the rule of law because it takes notice of who is and isn't doing illegal drugs, if they are they can help whoever is using them find a way to break loose from the addiction and regulate drug use. It also brings forth accountability for those using drugs to recognize what they are doing, why it's dangerous, and why they shouldn't do it.
