Answer:

Lines are perpendicular if and only if they meet at right angles.

Explanation:

I reworded the statement a little, but this would be the biconditional statement. Biconditional is written as p if and only if q, when the conditional is if p then q. For a biconditional statement to be true the statement must work both ways, backward and forward.
