Function

According to defination

A relation is called to be a function if every domain of the relation has an unique range .

Or

  • f(x)=y

Here

  • f(-3)=0
  • f(-1)=3
  • f(1)=0
  • f(3)=3

Every domain has unique range

Hence it's a function
