Your friend wants to lose weight around the belly. Your friend is planning to do crunches every day to lose the weight, but is not planning on doing any other exercises. because in order to lose weight, you have to do more than one stretch because weight loss takes multiple steps and not just one exercise, it would also involve you to eat healthy and to increase the pace, your friend could go running, do yoga, eat healthier, drink more water, and do more than just a core workout and etcetera.
