you need to find the (I) Amps flowing through the total resistors (R) in circuit

R = R1 + R2 + R3

R = 15 + 25 + 47 = 87

the equation to solve for I (Amps) comes from

V = I*R

V3 = I*R3 = 0.14 *47 = 6.48V
