2. Skill related fitness refers to your ability to perform physical tasks efficiently as it relates to a particular sport, and health-related fitness relates to your day-to-day activities.

Explanation: Your BMI is a measurement that is a ratio of your Weight and height, great way to gauge weather you sight is in a healthy proportion to your height.
