Answer:

largest weight = 27.65 kg, lowest weight = 3.95 kg

Explanation:

7:1 --> 7 + 1 = total of both ratio is 8

8 --> 31.6kg

1 --> 3.95 kg

so 7 --> 3.95 * 7 = 27.65 kg

so 1 --> 3.95 * 1 = 3.95 kg
