the slope in an equation of the form y = mx+b, m is the slope so multiply 71.3 through the brackets and then add 18 to both sides and that is the equation in y=mx+b format and 71.3 is the slope and b os the y-intercept which turns out b=7005.4 and since its a y-intercept x = 0
