The answer is
1.6x-(x-2.8)=(0.2x+1.5)-0.7
1.5-0.7
1.6x-(x-2.8)=0.2x+0.8
1.6x-x
0.6x+2.8=0.2x+0.8
2.8-2.8 0.8-2.8
0.6x=0.2x-2
0.6x-0.2x 0.2x-0.2x
0.4x=-2
0.4x/0.4 -2/0.4
X=-5
