Keep the first fraction the same

Change the division symbol into a multiplication symbol

Swap the numerator and the denominator of the second fraction

Example:

`(1)/(2) / (1)/(4)` will turn into
`(1)/(2) * (4)/(1)` giving you an answer of
`(4)/(2)` which is 2
