⠀⠀Hydrogen is a gas which can only form one bond ( or single bond ) and , is found in carbohydrates .

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Because , It has only one electron in valence shell . To attain the electronic configuration of nearest inert gas , this element have only one electron to share , from which it can achieve his electronic configuration of nearest inert gas and complete his duplet .
