(h , k) = (-3 , 3)

The radius is r = 5 because counting it from origin to the edge.

Plug that into the formula equation: (x - h)^2 + (y - k)^2 = r^2

(x - (-3))^2 + (y - 3)^2 = 5^2

(x + 3)^2 + (y - 3)^2 = 5^2
