How long does it take to get rehydrated enough for an underweight 13 year old female?

Not that long. Just drink some water gurrrrrrllll

Not long if you start by drinking 2 bottles of waters or a Gatorade before sleeping then throughout the day or if ur in drink a bottle of water each class period then at lunch drink a Gatorade,Powerade,propel, or muscle milk you’ll be really hydrated for any athletic event. MAKE SURE YOU EAT A GOOD BREAKFAST AND LUNCH
