Answer:

10

Explanation:

PEMDAS: Parenthesis, Exponents Multiplication, Division, Addition, Subtraction

You can leave the parenthesis on the 2 but they are just there to show that 5 is being multiplied by 2. So you can eliminate parenthesis. There are no exponents so move on to multiplication. 5 x 2 = 10. So now the equation should look like this:

35 - 10 + 15 = ?

OK, you can now move onto Addition, because there is no division in this equation. 10 + 15 = 25. So now your equation would look like this:

35 - 25 = ?

And last but not least you have Subtraction. 35 - 25 = 10.

So the answer is 10. :)

Answer:

10

Explanation:

Use PEMDAS

(parentheses, exponents, multiply, divide, add, subtract)

First, multiply. 5(2) = 10

Next, add 15. 10+15 = 25

Lastly, subtract 25 from 35. 35-25 = 10
