Answer:

I don't know what you're asking, but if the equation is like this:

8^2 x 2^3

You would add the exponents

If the equation is like this:

(8^2)^3

You multiply the exponents

My guess would be A for the first question and C for the second question. I'm pretty sure this is right, but I'm not 100% sure what the first question is asking.

And when you raise a power to a power, you multiply them together. (The second one's answer)
