There is no solution. If there were to be one solution the lines would cross, eliminate the second one. If there were to be two solutions it would look like the attached picture below, eliminate the third one. If there were to be Infinity/many solutions then the lines would be on top of eachother, eliminate the fourth one​. Now, the reason why the answer is the first provided answer (No solution) is because the lanes are completely parallel. Thus, your answer is no solution.
