A package shaped like a cube has an edge that is 24 cm long. How much space is available to pack inside the box?

Explanation:

Cube is a 3d object which each face is a square.

A square is a quadrilateral in which each side is equal.

This means that the area of a face of the square times the length will tell how much space it will take up, and that all the edges are the same

Area of a face times the height = cubic area

(Face) x Height = cubic area

(edge 1 x edge 2) x edge 3 = Cubic Area = A³

(24cm*24cm)*24cm = cubic area = A³

13,824 cm³ = A³
