Answer:

x= -6.1666666667 or x= -6 2/3

Explanation:

Substitute G(x) for -16 :

-16=3x+5/2

Add 16 both sides and Subtract 3x both sides :

-3x=5/2+16

Combined Like Terms :

-3x=18.5

Divide 18.5 by -3 :

x= -6.1666666667

or

x= -6 2/3
