I NEED ADIVCE!!!

Ok so I had a physics exam last week on Friday and I had to upload my work to the class. Besides turning in my work, my professor has made another assignment for us to turn in the Honor Code form. It was due on Sunday midnight and I just realized that I completely forgot about it. It's Monday now, and idk what to do.


How do I tell my professor that I forgot to sign it? I'm scared he'll get mad, I just don't know how I forgot. If I don't turn it in, I won't get any credit.

I was thinking of saying: I just realized that I completely forgot to upload the honor code affirmation by Sunday. Could I email you the form or no?
