Not sure if I’m understanding this wrong but for x you can multiply the top equation by -3 to get -12x-15y=-21 and the bottom by 4 to get 12x-8y=-48.
For y you can multiply the top equation by 2 to get 8x+10y=14 and the bottom equation by 5 to get 15x-10y=-60
