Explanation:

The sum of the angles in a triangle should equal 180 degrees. Knowing this we take (38+103) - 180 = 39. Since opposite angles are always congruent, we can conclude that w is also 39 degrees. Thus we take (39+90)-180 = 51 degrees. (We know that one side is 90 degrees because it has a right angle)
