Answer: x=14

Explanation:

*Convert 1 1/6 to improper fraction* if we do that we get 7/6

0.25x−7/6=2 1/3

*we do the same for the 2 1/3 turn it into a improper fraction* we get 7/3

the equation is now

0.25x-7/6= 7/3

*Now we simplify the fraction so 7/3 + 7/8 turns to 7/2

*Finally we divide that by 0.25*

which turns to x=14
