A is NOT a function because the x value input (-3) has multiple y value outputs (-1, 0, 3, 5).
B is a function because each input has only one output.
C is NOT a function because the inputs (-1 and 0) both have more than one output.
D is NOT a function because the input 3 has more than one output.
E is a function because each input has only one output.
