What causes a person to experience stress and how could one handle it effectively?​

Answer: certain environments and situations can cause people to stress.

In fact anyone can experience stress since life can be unpredictable and sometimes harsh. One can handle it in many ways,but I'd say exercising is a good way to handle stress since exercising can make our neurotransmitters produce endorphins which makes us feel better and reduce stress
