A line passes the points (0, 11) and (12,-13). Can you write the equation of a line passing through

the point (4, 3) so that the system of equations represented by the two lines has no solution? If so,
give the equation. Otherwise, coxplain why not,

(0,11) tells us that the y intercept would be 11. Plugging those points on to the graph, you can find the slope by counting how spaces down/up and right/left.
Answer is:
Y= -2x + 11
