The short answer is No, it cannot survive. The basic energy transformation fir life to exist is in photosynthesis. Light energy changes to chemical energy. Without this, plants cannot exist and without plants life OB this planet will cease to exist. All food chains depend on plants and we also need the oxygen they release in order to stay alive.
