$6.70
explanation - subtract $9.80 from the $50 she paid in total which leaves $40.2 and then you divide $40.2 by 6 and you get your answer, $6.70

Answer = $6.70
Explanation - you have to subtract 9.80 from 50 first which equals 40.2. You then have to divide 40.2 by 6 to figure out how much each burger cost, which equals 6.7. Therefore each burger cost a total of $6.7
