The answer is E.

The two individual statements are both offering different options for dinner. They are saying that you can either have spaghetti OR you can make pizza bagels for yourself.

Meanwhile, the other statements would be better of with the words ‘because’ and ‘but’.

“She didn’t want to go see a movie BECAUSE she didn’t want to visit her friends.”

“We don’t have the ingredients for pancakes BUT we do have ingredients to make omelets.”

The only sentence pairing that makes proper sense with the correlative conjunctions either and or would be E.
