x^2=6-19

x^2 = - 9

sqrt ( x^2) = sqrt (-9) :o sqrt of a negative? yes.. use i for the negative.. this is a complex number .. hope you've been studying those

x = i* sqrt (9)

+- x = i3 so there are technically two answers

x=i3

and -x=i3 often times the negative answer makes no sense.. so you discard it
