Well from my experience as a POC, you'd be surprised by how many people are brainwashed into feeling the need to discriminate against others based on their race. Very few of them are willing to listen and actually educate themselves. It is possible that you may change their mind and help them grow as a person but there still will be a majority of racists that choose to be ignorant.
