What causes a water molecule to be polar? (3 points)

A water molecule is polar because the electron of the hydrogen atom get pulled towards the electron of the oxygen atom. This makes a region of positive charge on the hydrogen atom and negative charge on the other end of the molecule which is an oxygen molecule
