There are some musicians who are one-hit wonders, but they have bad songs too that not many people look at. The desire to be rich is as high as ever, these celebrities might be encouraging that, along with other unrealistic desires. Not everyone will become a billionaire or a famous actress. Some people get things handed to them in life, some struggle. Those who are at the top usually never suffered badly. Things like beauty standards are influenced by celebrities too, which can damage someone very easily. Things like water diets were the craze at one point, and many teenagers have low self-esteem these days. There are degrees to success, mostly what other people think of you. What clothes you wear, where you are on the social ladder, how much money you have, how big your house is, and so many other things. So many unrealistic and sometimes unneccessary things. Insta-fame is appealing for many people because of their selfishness. They might want the money or power being famous holds. I don't think that's good though, as the world is becoming more and more greedy. There are people suffering, living off minimum wage, while thousands of minors have thoughts of being famous stuck in their head. I think it's making people less practical.
