To find the equation, we need to find the slope and the y-intercept. The line crosses the y-axis which is the y-intercept at (0,4), or just 4. Now go from (0,4) to the next perfect point. The times you go up/down will be the numerator, and the times left/right will be the denominator. From (0,4) to the next perfect point, we go up by 2 unites and 3 to the right, so the slope is 2/3. Now plug in for the missing variables. y = 2/3x + 4. Hope this helps :)

Answer: y= 2/3x+4 because 2/3 is the slope, rise over run, and the y intercept is 4 because it intersects the y line at 4.
