Failure for one is a failure for all in a team. Improving performance of your team by helping the employee which is ur team member in his communication skills. Provide assistance to the employee by recognizing what is wrong, what is the solution and help him/her every step of the way. Communication is done when the receiver understand what is being pass so help the employee in his/her communicating skills and how to make a good presentation despite his/her defeat or shortcomings.
