95 - 2x

75 - 1.50x

Equate both expression for the number of​ 30-day periods until the value of the gift cards will be equal.

95 - 2x = 75 - 1.50x

95 - 75 = -1.50x + 2x

20 = 0.50x

x = 20/0.50

= 40
