How often should I implement flexibility exercises into my training schedule

Answer:

I'd say very often, flexibility is very important when doing heavy amounts of exercise. After your muscles work hard, you need to stretch afterward in order to properly develop. If you don't stretch before or after an intense workout, you have the possibility to hurt yourself.

Healthy adults should do flexibility exercises for all major muscle-tendon groups—neck, shoulders, chest, trunk, lower back, hips, legs, and ankles, atleast two to three times a week.
