Answer:

The y-intercept is 21/2

3x + 2y = 21

-3x

2y = 21 - 3x

Y = 21/2 - 3/2x

The number with the x is the slope and the other is the y-intercept

3x+2y=21 simplifies to y=3/2x+21/2, which means the y intercept is 21/2 or 10.5.
