Let the three numbers be x, x+3, x+6
2/3(x + x+3) = x+6 + 1
2(2x + 3) = 3(x + 7)
4x + 6 = 3x + 21
4x - 3x = 21 - 6
x = 15

The three numbers are 15, 18, 21. [2/3(15 + 18) = 22 = 21 + 1]
