How has globalization affected workers in the United States?

uneducated employees are fired because the company are looking for educated employees so thus wideninig the gap between rich and poor

Globalization has lowered wages for American workers. At the same time, globalization increases demand in the United States for professionals, skilled labor and capital, thereby increasing incomes for college-educated workers and widening the gap between the rich and poor.
