Original equation: (7/15) / (-11/6)

First, you need to KCF (keep change flip)

Keep the first fraction: 7/15

Then, change the division sign into a multiplication sign: x

Third, flip -11/6 so it becomes it’s reciprocal: 6/-11

The new equation to solve is:
(7/15) x (6/-11)

When you write it out on paper, multiply the top row, then multiply the bottom row.

Top row: 7 x 6 = 42
Bottom row: 15 x -11 = -165

ANSWER
You then get a fraction of 42/-165
You can simplify that down to 14/-55
