HELP ME!!!

1. Erin has a rectangle that has measurements of 4 cm long and 3 cm wide. Heather has a rectangle that has measurements of 8 cm long and 6 cm wide. Heather claims that the area of her rectangle is four times greater than the area of Erin's rectangle. Is Heather correct?
